Bought it for $165, 9/10 condition came with a blackheart board, and a few NIB NDZ aftermarket parts.

Originally had trouble with the eyes but they were unplugged from the original owner  Dodgy

Plugged them back in and they work great! I have my dwell at 12, any thoughts on that?

The original owner had the dwell at like 26 or something???

Nice Imp!!!  Great price and find.

what ndz part did it come with out of curiosity?

for the dwell, put you reg pressure at about 180 (unless that's different for an adrenaline).  then fire a few shots near a chrono.  lower or raise the dwell when you are between 290-300 but not over 300.  that should lock it all in Smiley

^^^

Do you think 12 is a good place to start at least?

It came with a dust black NDZ low rise clamping feedneck and a NDZ delrin bolt I would sell

them both for $30 if you want them

here is my MCB feedback

12 seems a little high, but you can start there and go down, or start at 4 and go up.  what is the reg set at currently?

that may be why the dwell is so high.  less pressure = more dwell needed.  more pressure = less dwell.  tis one of the reasons why people like additional low pressure regs.  they can lower the pressure to the noid, and raise the pressure to the valve/breech.  this can't be done normally as the noid can go pop around 200.

but yeah,  at the chrono see what it's firing at while still at 160.  if it's in the right range raise the pressure and lower the dwell, you'll get more shots out of your tank too.  if it's high just lower the dwell.

lol you're welcome, they aren't that complicated when you picture what the air is doing.  have you checked out the I-O Library here?  i spent like 3 days reading that section.  it's great.

very nice gun! I was tempted to scoop this up myself. You don't see as many dust black AI's as you might think. Gloss black are everywhere..but not dust.

it's tough to say exactly what to set your dwell at. it depends on the internals. sometimes its easier to set your dwell to 0...and then go up from there until you reach the correct FPS.

thats probly what i will do, internals are stock, Im going to set hpr at 180 and dwell at 8 and just go from there.

not too mention...that stick trigger is rare in its own right. Don't let that puppy go. She's definitely a keeper!

im going to hang on to her, just bought a new vision detent at lunch at a local shop lol

black heart board is pretty funny to program "hold this, poke that, release this"

im trying to get it to 12 bps, thinking short cut to 15 and increase eye delay 10 "beeps" from there.

Here is a pic of my original impulse

Do you still have "the oldie?"  Don't forget to pop the pictures into your profile.  After you get a better shot of the new one though.  Try shooting against a dull background so I can see that trigger that Lights is raving about.
