Moderator Duties

    * Delete topics and replies to topics.
    * Move topics to the appropriate board.
    * Split posts out of a topic to create a new topic.
    * Merge topics into one topic.
    * Sticky a topic if worthy

Posts should only be deleted for the following reasons:

    * Flaming against a person which includes racist or excessive vulgarity or profanity (mods discression)
    * Duplicates
    * Spam
    * Advertistments

Moderator Responsibilities

    * Mods will not use of mod powers innapropriately.
    * Mods cannot play favorites towards another forum member.
    * Mods cannot harass a forum member they dislike.
    * If a major problem occurs with another forum member PM Lights Out for possible banishment.
    * Mods actions are visible to the entire community and reflect back on Impulse-Owners.
