I have a leak coming from the Pressure relief valve. It is making a chugging noise as the air escapes. The gauge reads 180 - 200 psi.  It won't decrease even when I turn the spring cap outward or counter clockwise all the way.   Kind of mad at the moment.

It reads around the same before the air is vented out and it goes down to zero.
