Hey guys,

here is a stupid question  Grin

I dissasembled my impulse yesterday to change circuit-board. And when I had assembled everything back again, a plastic bumper remained  Huh? I can't figure out where it belongs haha.

To get to the circuit board I had to dissasemble the regulator from the rest of the marker. So maybe it came from there?

The plastic bumper is white, 0,05 inch thick, and the diameter 0,63 inch and has a hole in it which is 0,2 inch.

Anyone that recognize this?

Regards Robin

There is a plastic piece like that which goes in the bottom of the max-flo regulator, next to the brass filter screen.  This would require you to take the bottom adjusting cap completely off the regulator to lose.

It also could be the bumper that goes on the ram shaft, which cushions the blow between the hammer and ram housing.  Getting this out requires removing the ram housing, and seperating the hammer from the end of the ram.

If it isn't one of those two, its an extra part that doesn't go to an impulse.

Although hunter is correct their is a white plastic bumper that goes in cap of the maxflo. It doesn't look big enough to be that. But maybe its just the picture.

looks more like the bumper on the ram shaft.

Agreed.  Nice Python  Looks like mine but with a Jack Hammer LPR instead of the SP.
