so i went to screw in a air tank today and when i did my regulator wasted half the air. i unscrewed it and tried it again and the rest of the air was drained. it was definitely leaking bad but im not sure what the cause was or how to fix it. also i was wondering if i need to use a high or low pressure tank.

have you used this reg before? try putting an oring in the reg where you screw in, to give the pin on your tank a "spacer/buffer"
