I haven't seen that body style before.  Not a Cash Money.  Nothing like it in the PL list.  Lights - More research.  The leak sounds like the solenoid gasket possibly.  There is a rubber mat with holes it between the solenoid and the tray..  Two screws connect the noid to the tray squeezing the gasket.  Those may be loose if you are lucky.  There is a discussion of removing/rebuilding a noid below in the thread.

Rather than waste your time, why don't you just sell it to me for $50 and move on with your life.  Heh heh.  Hey; worth a shot no???

im going to say custom cut biggest reason bieng the cuts dont look like they are lined up properly. is there a serial number? if so what is it that can be a clue too if not then its probably been reannoed at some point thus sort of confirming a custom mill.... plus the design smells like Eila to me this looks like something they would build
