I've slowly been troubleshooting what's been going on.

2 different solenoids will click/work with non-vision board, BUT when I attach the vision daughter boards AND BLACKHEART to the solenoids... ***CRICKETS***

Eye system works with Blackheart daughter board attached to solenoid & main Blackheart board.

Could the connector from daughter board to solenoid be broke on two daughter boards?!

(all pins and connectors appear to be in great physical shape, battery is new all Evil parts installed)

I might be missing it but have you tried 2 different main boards and 2 different vision boards? If it works fine with a non vision board your issue sounds like either your Blackheart main board or the vision board

Thanks for the reply, I have a non-vision cricket board that fires the solenoid consistently.

I also tried a Blackheart board with a Black daughter board & a green daughter board. While the eye works with both daughter boards, neither van get the solenoid to fire.

The solenoid will manually actuate with a tank connected & white button be pressed.

Also have some HORRIBLE "recharge rate" on the guage connected to the back of the gun! I'm assuming I have to take apart the main reg, clean & relube everything.

OP, it may not be an issue with the boards, it could be your overall settings?  Meaning have you done any dwell tuning on the BH board?  While you can swap boards around in guns, the boards may have different dwell settings which will cause a gun not to fire properly.

Can you post your settings you have on the non-vision boards, as well as the settings of the BH board?  By settings I just mean dwell.

Also can you post your settings of your HPR (main reg) and your LPR?  If you are getting horrible recharge rate on the back gauge, this is an issue with your LPR sticking, OR your main reg is not working properly, or both.  I would recommend giving the gun a 100% cleaning also.

Cleaned & checked both regs yesterday.

Dwell on the non vision board, 6 beeps from maximum.
HPR- 180
LPR- about 95psi

I get a good amount of shoot down if I drop the dwell any more.

I'll switch the boards now & see what the dwell is at on the Blackheart board.

Installed the Blackheart board with the new solenoid that worked 10min earlier with the non vision board & while the board turns on there is nothing from the solenoid...  Huh?

Is the Blackheart board dead?

Difficult to troubleshoot without having the gun.

When you try to shoot the gun with the bh board, do you get any noise from the noid at all? A click or a "pppfft" noise like it's trying to shoot?

When you power on the board, what is the led light flashing. Also when you pull the trigger, what does it do.

I get nothing from the solenoid with a BH board connected to a black or green daughter board. No audible *click* or air cycling through it.

The eye does however work & recognizes paint, the blue led blink with each trigger input with eyes on and off.

The kicker is the same solenoid will work perfectly fine with a non vision cricket board!!
