A strap wrench available at Sears among other hardware stores.  That will get the grip without damaging the neck.  (Of course you can make one of these yourself too.  Not hard.)  You'll probably want to put a drop of two of loctite on the threads when you change it out to keep it set.  The hopper gives a good bit of twisting torque and I have found mine unscrewing mid game if getting bumped about.

To make it easier on you and the fragile threads, put a little heat to it. A lighter will heat it enough, but it takes about 30 sec to a minute to get it warm enough. A propane torch works best, but only to that for about 10 seconds at a time, moving from one side to the other. The heat softens the loctite and makes it much easier. Wink
