Gun is in almost new condition, 9.5/10 and comes with the OLD turbo board with the turbo switch
on the back, pretty unique. Pictures up tonight.

Do you have dual air passages on the Ratty? That is a Rat Jr body, but usually the Serial Number starts off with a RJR0014. I wonder if the tray is from another marker.

I can see the Serial #, but what I am saying is that you for sure have a Rat Jr body and for sure have a Rat frame tray. The body and frame are not a factory match. The anno looks a little off between the body and frame also.

in person the anno is EXACT between the frame and the body (lighting makes it look off),
maybe they had to do this because the turbo board and vision?
Not sure but this is an OLD impulse in pretty amazing condition
Edit: it also has a HUGE "ashcroft size" smart parts guage on the left side of the gun

Well the tray and board are a match. That is one of the original board trays for the first Gen Imps. I don't understand why there is a JR. body on it if it is original. Every Rat I have ever owned had the top bolt tube milled alot shorter. I know that there were lots of different Private labels Rats and Rat Jrs, but to my knowledge, there was the Short top tube Rats and the Longer top tube Jrs. Of course the side milling was different on some of them. Nice Imp though.

Guy said he used the gun once and threw it in his closet, I believe him too.
This is the beauty of old guns, mix and match parts, versions, years, boards, bolts ...ect
This is why i dont shoot modern guns :-)
Any Idea on how you turn the eyes off on the old board, I cant find it in the old manual
Edit: Also, do i have to install a tapeworm?

I thought the Turbo boards were Non Vision. Is there an eye ribbon in the marker? Is it connected to the board somewhere?

hairdryer to heat up the lock tight. OR strip the thing down till it's only the metal frame. bring a pot of water to a boil. when boiling turn off the heat. place it in the pot of water and leave it there for 10min. remove (it'll be hot so be careful) then rap the feedneck in a leather belt (to not scratch it), holding tightly to the body and use pliers or a vice grip to twist it loose.
i used to do the hair dryer thing then started with the boiling water, it works great as long as you protect your hands from the heat.

That feed neck has to be the best looking but least functional piece I have seen in a while. Nice to match the front cap, but no tightening and really makes for a top heavy beast.
