Well looks like I'm gonna own another Freak Factory, I havent owned one since they were released back in 2000 when I worked at C.O. Paintball in Ohio but it looks like I just traded an RT mag for one.
My plans for this one when I get it in....HSW 2 finger I-Frame in black, ditch all the polished/chrome parts for black parts, maybe a Blackheart board & all NDZ internals if I can get my hands on them...Here's a couple pics the guy I'm trading with took of it.

Shoot me a price on the NDZ bolt & pin sometime...I might take it off your hands. I bought a black I-Frame for it yesterday on here. First things I'm planning on doing is putting the I-Frame on, and then try to replace all the silver parts with black parts...So, if anyone on here has black parts and want silver parts let me know..I'll be looking to replace the front LPR setup, the feedneck & the Freak back...I'd trade all of them for similar parts in black.
I'd also like to replace the big, clunky MaxFlo reg with one of the newer small ones. Just to make the gun a little lighter & a little less bulky looking. Impulses are far from aerodynamic, lol..

Smart Parts changed the reg "Not sure when" on the MaxFlo air systems from the big monster like on the Freak Facotry to a smaller 1 piece design reg that used a rail mounting system...It was still an adjustable reg just alot smaller design and a little more solid built...The old design like in my pics are prone to bending at the mount if you dive on one of them...Seen it happen a bunch of times back in the day when pretty much everyone at my old field/store shot Freak Factory & stock Impulses...The newer one kinda reminds me of a scaled down Air America Apocolypse reg or something along those lines...More of an inline design.

Yeah I've been keeping an eye out for one...If nothing else I might go with a vert reg on it and run a Unimount & a preset tank. Or I might just leave it alone and shoot it as is, lol.
