from start to finsh it was around 2 weeks to get it all working and a grand total of $2159.00
this does up to 56bps out of 2 barrels

i also have 2 full freak kits with backs that i can also use with the hammerheads that makes a total over all barrle of 26"

so if thats the case then add another $200 to the total

the reason for impulse is the ease of care and how well they work.

THE DUBBLE CAN DO UP TO 56BPS
THE SINGLE DOES 28 BPS


BOTH GUNS RUN AROUND 10BPS WITH EASY

the reason is there most eficant at 10 to 13 bps the dubble can do 56bps but it drops the ball to a crono speedto 190 to 167 when ramped up.

at 10 to 13 bps each barrel can do with easy 268 to 289 on the dubble the single i have had it tuned to 291 but i have made it fire at a max fps of 689 but that scarry and can do damage to the internals of the gun.

Ok guys look here what happens.

i have a 91/4500 it has a crossfire reg. flow from reg is at 750psi. i get around 15 to 20 sec from this tank. problem is when the tank gets to around 1200-1000 psi it has bad drop off. becouse of that the gun will not fire the hammers off to hit the firing chamber correctly,and get bad drop off. with the scuba tank i have no reg befor the hpr. so there for im putting the full tank pres on the hpr. and have no drop off. each gun takes 270 to 305 psi to run correctly.

so 270 x 2 = 540 305 x 2 = 610

so its tanking from 540 to 610 psi to keep the gun running. and they say rule of thumb is to run 1.75 x more psi then the gun need to run. so 540 x 1.75 = 945 or 610 x 1.75 = 1067.5 psi """"""""" note psi and when i have drop off """"""
hummm 1067.5 psi and i get drop off around 1100 avr. now you see why i have bad drop off and the gun will not fire correctly under 1200-1000 psi.


at d-day i was running 2 lprs. a rock fom a autococker black magic with a planet eclipes e frame, and a lpr fom my dye minecocker i got for 50$ and 2 hprs. from ions that do max psi. 285 psi. it was doing from 245 to 265 each gun.

i now have it running on one hpr. a dye hyper 2. this thing can put out over 700 psi !!!!! and a rock lpr from a autococker.what i realy need is a jackhammer 2 lpr. for this and it be killer!! i now have it doing in semi auto!!!!! from 269 - 283 fps. and can run 5 hybrd halo hopper fulls " total of both guns fireing its about 2 1/2 each hince the 5" befor i have drop off. each hopper holds 220 rounds. so 220 x 5 = 1100 rounds from a 91/4500 tank firing "2" guns and get drop off at around 1100 psi avg. with that said im geting 1100 rounds out with a psi starting at 91/4500 " if tanks hot and shot right a way" and get 20 to 25 sec of air befor drop off at 1100 psi avg. thats 3400 psi from a 91 befor getting drop off. and 1100 rounds.

Ok with that said i have a little brother of the same gun. thats were i got the idea from. its a 2002 impulse with a pmr handle, jackhammer lpr., ion hpr., stock 2008 pmr board, with upgraded internals. with this i can do up to 27-28 bps with no eyes and no chop. with a bps at 295. i can shoot from the same 91/4500 tank and get 6 to 6 1/2 hybrd halo v35. thats 220 x 6 = 1320 to 220 x 6.5 = 1430. rounds befor i get drop off. drop off happend around 500-450 psi.

now im trying to get the gun be a less gas hog. im at 1100 round about, and use around 3400 -3000 psi. on the dubble and 1320 -1430 on the single. using 4000-4050 psi. im trying to get the dubble up with the single.the single has upgraded internals. the dubble DOSE NOT have UPGRADED internals.

So does enyone have some ideas besides the upgrade to the internals,witch im looking for right now, if i cant find them then ill work the stock ones and polish them so there close to the upgraded ones.

So with that said you now know why i have the limmited air supply with what im shooting.

hay everyone how was your 4th.. well i had the double out at a friends place for some 12 on 3. Got to love playing fox and the hound. my 2 best friends and i schooled them. i had the twin set up on the second story. we had that there as a fall back and final stand if needed. was used 3 times to save are ***. but thats not why im here tonight.

one last note. i will be at the BLACK SUN game at dfw adventure park on saterday july 17.The gun will be out here with me. i dont know if its going to be used or not. have to clear it with the staff and refs for the class the gun would fall in to and if it can be used. i have reg. as a defender with some of the Third Reich.
